I don't know why that is. I do everything I can to stay on top of things, and I ended up with worse results. My mom is like this, but I don't know if she got away with it, I didn't, and I'm already in a mess.

If we grow up and taught to bear responsibilities, why doesn't it work for everyone?

Humans all have a varying set of skills. Sometimes, multitasking and responsibility happen not to be one of the skills that we excel in.

Perhaps you can attempt to discover exactly is hindering your ability to accomplish responsibility. Do you have Executive Function Disorder and thus have difficulties organizing? Do you have Atychiphobia (fear of failure) so intense that you simply cannot bring yourself to attempt the things that you are responsible for? Are your sensory overload issues so severe that they prevent you from performing to your utmost potential? Figuring out the specific problems and attempt to relieve them can help with the accomplishment of responsibility.

A vacation away from the responsibility may give you the relief you need to rejuvenate and recenter yourself. Yoga and meditation also helps with such.

May you have the best of luck with managing your responsibilities. :)

Only on certain things.

No. I actually fear getting a 'real job'!

As far as I know, none.

umm.. that's likely to happen, unless I drop out...

The only that works for me is breathing whilst counting to three, inhale 123, hold123, & exhale 123. But the result doesn't last long. Though now I'm taking up acupressure to help out which seems to work.
