Do I sound like a severly lonely individual?

This is my facebook status from yesterday. I have Asperger Syndrome and Major Depressive Disorder:

"Some people were born in the wrong city. Others were born on the wrong continent. I however, was born on the wrong planet. Never have I felt welcomed. My existence is but that of a ghost in society. Life has proven itself to be nothing more than an empty and lonely module of time. My hobbies nothing more than a metaphorical sugar coating temporarily masking the bitter and sour taste from years of social criticism. They say that chronic loneliness can have the same ill effects on one's health as smoking tobacco. I am the equivalence of a forty year chain-smoker. I am used up so to speak. I plead for acceptance and acceptance I receive not. Am I doomed to carry my chains for the rest of my existence? Can It be fixed? Or are the padlocks of the shackles forever welded shut?"

You're among friends here. Join in in the forums, offer your opinions, lend a hand to those in need like yourself. After all your years on earth surely you must have learned a thing or two. I believe in helping others we're also helping ourselves. Good luck.

The best way for us to try to adapt is just to learn more and expose ourselves to as many outside things as possible. In some ways, even though I've grown so much, I still feel like an outcast even to autistic peers. I can sense that my level of functionality scares some of them, and maybe even my race or age. If we lived closer, I'd be interested in meeting. You seem like a nice person that deserves friends besides the ones you have here online.
