Humans, or I guess the rest of you call them NT's, seems like they're willing to go through a lot of time, trouble and effort to make me look stupid to everyone, publicly humiliate me and run me off their lands. I'm not really sure how to put that in a proper context, imagine every time you meet people, one of them punches you in the face, another pulls down your pants and everyone around except you is laughing like a hyena. Then if you take offense at this, they act like something's wrong with you.

I was trying to find some friends to hang out with, it seems like I picked the wrong people again because they decided I was the antichrist and ran me off with torches and pitchforks, after getting a good laugh at me with some humiliating...well I don't want to go into detail, it's that bad. Sadly, this seems to happen to me every single time I reach out for friendship. I just get dragged through the mud and made to look stupid and then blamed for all the problems after I protest such vile behavior. Is this sort of thing normal for NT's? Is this really how they function? Is there anyone who welcomes this sort of cruelty as friendship?

Am I angry, sad or distraught? All three, really. Lucky for me I have a family who is equally cruel and abusive to make me feel even more sad and unhappy. I mean, what have I got to look forward to in life? More humiliation, more loneliness and getting older and sicker? That sounds like lots of fun...no wonder people kill themselves. Of course, I tried that once and ended up in a drunk tank for a week. 7 days as a caged animal going to AA meetings when I don't drink or do drugs, yeah that was really enjoyable...

I can relate. It would be nice to have friends, but friends that come naturally, not having to alter myself.

Yes, on the whole, this is how NTs act. Not so much with each other, as they all march to the beat of the same drum. But with someone out of step, yes, they feel it is their prerogative, no, their right to treat that person like crap.

This is, sadly, how the world works. But you're not the only one out of step with these so-called "humans."

This is why I tend to look for oddballs and outcasts. They are less likely to treat you poorly than the normals. Just watch out for the ones who have evil tendencies as getting involved with them will net you far greater problems than the NTs.

And hanging out--what's the meaning of it?

The Urban Dictionary states it means "to socialize with your friends, whether it is of your choosing or not; most of the time the term is uesd to refer to a type of fun."

Very useful and thorough kind of activity, this socializing. Why don't you pursue some interests? It's much better than squandering your time with dimwits like you described, and also through a hobby you could find true friends who share your interests.

Urbandictionary, I'm fairly certain, is penned by the same people I described above.

Also, I should point out it was through pursuing a hobby that I keep finding these dimwits. That hobby is gaming, a hobby I liked much better when the socializing was purely optional.

Not to disparage your advice, but being by yourself all the time gets incredibly boring and miserable the longer it persists. Besides, I'm an aspie. Picking up a new hobby is........difficult.

Okay, then how about finding other people who are into gaming? This way you wouldn't need to change this important topic (and i know how hard this would be) but only the people you're sharing it with. Anyway, good luck!

Yeah, that would have been fine advice after the first time it happened. Since this is like the........tenth and we're numbering backstabbing a**holes in the hundreds now... I'd be disingenuous to say this is only something that happens with gamers. It also happens with classmates, co-workers, other people I meet through people, bosses, teachers, people I barely meet who for some reason decide I'm scum, hell even my family treats me like sub-human fecal matter. Pretty sure when I meet God, he'll look down his nose at me too. Why shouldn't he? Everyone else does.

I curse the day I was conceived. It's not like some awesome future life is waiting for me around the corner. Just getting aging, pain, sickness and more mistreatment. If there was any compassion in any of these people who torture and belittle me so much, they'd just kill me and get it over with.
