I keep on harting people and feeling sressed and feeling depressed but I don't know why. Please help

First of all, has anyone really told you that you are hurting them?
Also are we talking physically hurting people such as punching and kicking or causing them to be emotionally hurt by swearing/blackmail/threats?

When you say physical, is it just punching and kicking or is it violence as in using weapons?
When you say emotional, are we talking swearing and making threats or is it more blackmail and bribery?
Also who is mainly on the recieving end of the physical and emotional attacks you make? Parents? Siblings (if any)? Relatives (Grandparents, Aunts and Uncles etc.)? Friends? Best Friend? Carer/Guardian? Neighbours?

Now I truly know why you are acting the way you do with your carers...
You miss your parents and not being as close to your siblings. I'm right, aren't I?
I don't expect anyone at 15 that has no parents and seperated from his siblings to be coping with that at all, even an NT would react to that.
Personally I can't help you come to terms with what happened. I don't know if you are in contact with your brother and sister but it's still possible to talk to them, maybe this will help you in your state.

I genuinely feel sorry for what you have to endure and at a very young age growing into adult life.
