There’s no shame in having COVID. I had it in March.

I haven’t seen you much recently.

Thanks Kraftie. It’s been a while since I was active on this forum. Amazing how quickly time flies!

Thank you Sly. It’s a flu of some sort. I called my doctor yesterday and she said if the symptoms get worse I could go get tested. Right now I’m experiencing a recurrence or headaches and chills along with dizziness. Every time I get up and try to walk the room feels like it’s shaking.

Is your inner ear okay? The dizziness sounds typically of when that's being interfered with. I've dealt with that quite a bit over the past year.

Exception: Unless you attended one of those stupid covid parties where youn people are trying to get the virus on purpose. Then you should be very ashamed about being so monumentally stupid.

I don’t know. It could be. I hope it’s just that. The headaches are what make it the most painful.

It seems like it might be COVID.

I wasn’t tested until I’d been over it two weeks. I obtained a negative result.

I saw a doctor in March, who told me it was “probably COVID,” and told me to quarantine for 14 days.

I had similar but maybe milder symptoms to yours.

That's sweet! Foxes got a bad rap in most stories I read as a kid but I love them.

Unknown. I feel funny.

I'm aware that I should be a bit worried.
I had a slight fever, slept quite a lot, ate a little, indigestion and a glaring vertigo.

Although everything but the first one doesn't seem concerning to me.

The last part is just a worse version of what I might be dealing with for years -- it reminded me a time when I had worse than this.
And it was a very funny work day.

Otherwise, I'll be fine. I got like over 12 hours before going out today.

6, I've fixed my sleep schedule and I'm WAY more productive when I am diurnal. I'm just a child of the morning and so I get everything done with enthusiasm in the morning. I'm trying to get back into cycling again as I dropped the habit last fall and I've pretty much lost all my gains by now. This morning I got exhausted by the time I reached my previous half-way point. I will definitely not be shying away from cycling in the cold weather this fall and winter. It's just frustrating getting tired so easily.

But at least I'm drawing with lots of confidence again. I've got to curb my enthusiasm with starting new sketches though. I keep getting too excited starting a drawing from scratch, and it's becoming a bad habit, but at least there is excitement again.

^Good to hear its going well with you and you are keeping active with the things you enjoy and are good at!

I really need to get into my writing again. My running is also at a low level - just maintaining fitness as I hadn't been participating in any races the past two years or so, and as I was going to start getting back into it, the racing calendar is suspended until further notice with only virtual races taking place! Winter here, so training becomes rather challenging.

5 - Had a negative test result for covid this week thankfully, and have been placed on double strength anti-biotics. I’m on Day 13 since losing hearing in both ears, and the good Doc is really looking after me. She phones up every few days(a family member is communicating for me). Next week will likely see the start of further tests, if the anti-biotics don’t help.
