Tired and fatigued. I am so fatigued lately that I can't get comfortable enough to properly sleep.

deep breath
sleep in the basement?
or at least on the floor ? might be slightly cooler to wrap up in a bedsheet on the floor vs. blanket on your bed.. anything helps.

Can't really put a number on how I feel right now. A lot going on. A bit buzzed, tired, BIG day tmw, also should try to get to sleep in this warmth..

I am not nonbinary, thank you though. lol

I've found some ways to stay cool in the night, but I still have to deal with the occasional bouts of fatigue that I suffer from, which are what's mainly preventing me from sleeping lately since they're so physically uncomfortable.
