Regarding the situation in my country presently -100

Internally and my hope for an eventual change for the better would be10, and that's what ultimately counts.

Range between 5 to 8+ linearly, 3-, 0, 4, 4+ laterally. :lol:
Otherwise, it's closer to 7.

Do discriminate between sensitivity from reactivity.
