crazy neighbor on the block

so today, our garbage can flew away and i went to look for it. when i found it, it was on someone's lawn at the end of our block. i went down to get it. as i was walking, i saw one of neighbor and i said hi and she said hello. i grabbed the trash can that was ours and when i was walking home, the lady asked is that yours and are you stealing it? i told it was ours and that the wind blown it towards the direction i got it from. she said how the f**k did it get blown away and you live down there? i got nervous and tried to explain to her that i wasnt stealing but she began snapping. she was like" why would you steal someone's trash can? who does that s**t?" she asked how old i was and i told her my age and she said well act like it! she knocked on the neighbor's door where i got the trash can from but they werent home. Then she said she wasnt going to call the police but the next time she sees me trying to steal someone's property(which i wasnt), she is not going to warn me. she just going to call the police. she took a picture of me on her phone so im twice as scared. i told my sister and neice and they were outraged. they wanted to curse the lady out. the lady that yelled at me was hispanic and short like around 5'0-5'4 in height and looked to be in her early twenties. we got our trash can back when the lady was in her house. im still shocked by the event and it plays over and over in my head. im scared to leave my house in case she tries to harass me. im more scared that she would put my picture on the internet. she knows what i look like and where i live. i hope i dont encounter her again. i also remember her saying she hate people stealing in her neighborhood. she freaked me out so bad. for someone short, she had quite a mouth. she looked like she wanted to kick my ass. i was getting something that was ours and a nosy and bitchy neighbor got involved. i have a feeling we'll be moving soon so i wont have to see that crazy heifer anymore.

Take a picture of her on your phone and tell her that you are going to put it on the internet with a warning that she's crazy.

I'd call her bluff. Let the police show up, and have her arrested
for being mentally ill.

Just forget about it and ignor her. She will undoubtedly contact the neighbor and find out they are not missing a garbage can. Paint the number of your house on your cans in big numbers. There are some pretty feisty people out there, and it doesn't necessarily mean they are crazy.

Wouldn't it have a dent from there. MAybe tie it down with some rope to something sturdy so it does not happen again.

I'm glad I don't have her as a neighbor, and I'm sorry you do. You have my sympathy. I hope she gets some common sense and puts her rightous fury to better uses than harrassing you. Its Heifer-Woman to save the day! Beware the
