I know exactly how you feel. In fact, I've actually been referred to as "Random Guy Who Never Smiles" by some a**holes at school! WTF?!
I sincerely wish you'd posted this before the recent shooting in Connecticut, because I'd then be able to ask: "Are your colleagues the accepting sort? Perhaps you could find the courage to just tell them that you have Asperger's.", but the likelihood is that you don't want to do that, so I can't give any advice that will directly change the situation.
Do not kill yourself, though. You don't deserve to die over the ignorance of others. From what I've read, it seems like your colleagues are mostly just curious and maybe a little worried. At least you aren't directly bullied because of it, as I have been in the past.
An article was posted in General Autism Discussion yesterday about the positive side of Asperger's, and after scrolling down the article, I found out that the author (Aspie) has a site featuring a guide to social skills, primarily written for other people on the spectrum. I don't know if it'll be of any help to you, as I haven't read much of it myself, but it may be worth a look.
