Frustrated

Does it ever bother you when people make plans with you and then cancel? One o my 'friends' does this and I've conditioned myself to know that when she says one thing to expect the other. But it is still frustrating. It makes me want to scream and rip my hair out! I dont know how to tell her that she cannot keep doing that to me, even though I know better part of me is still frustrated when she does these things.
