When I don't worry I tend to make mistakes by saying/doing the wrong thing and I unexpectedly get yelled at which is shocking to me. Yet if I'm more "cautious" I'm on edge and stressed worried what to say or do if it's "right" or not. Does anyone else feel this way a lot?

I feel like that almost every day.

I even clutch my past mistakes sometimes and they eat at me.

It's kind of a pain, wish I got over that. o.O

YES! I got suspended from college in Feb. 2005 and despite being back in college it's hard to focus on my present college experience when I have the haunting memory of making the mistake of getting kicked out. I upset a psychology professor since I mention going "postal" didn't think of what the word meant at them time when talking to a so called "friend!!" He ratted me out and I got suspended for a year!! !!

SO DEPRESSING! Sad you guys feel it everyday. It's aggravating! I wish I didn't have to question what I say/do ALL THE TIME!

Isn't there a law of confidentiality? >_>

And, your psychologist shouldn't have done that. Seriously, it's stupid. He/She should know that aspergers people commonly can use terms without knowing what they meant.

I've done that kind of thing bunches of times, and got in trouble for it until I realized what I was doing wrong, and I try to prevent it better now. And yet, those memories bug me a little too right now, lol... now I feel lightly weird. ._.

Anyways...

Sorry you had to go through that, it shouldn't have happened.

I do worry about saying/doing the wrong thing, because I inevitably will. Sometimes I'll be on a run of good social exchanges, but then I do something off and am reminded that I have to keep my guard up.
