My life is emotionally messed up right now and I wonder if there's a residential type setting for Aspie's/HFA; Or permanent and complete independent living (or with minimal supports) anywhere in the US that could accommodate me without going through any sort of bureaucracy that lasts more than a few days to a week? I need to get away and it's been a long time coming. I don't have any source of income and I have only $100. I'm an Aspie and I'm 25.

If your autism is such that you require extensive care, DSHS's Division of Developmental Disabilities can refer you to group homes.

Well, it's not due to Asperger's, but I think I'd fit in better if I was with other Aspies who are likely to have emotional issues. I've been told by Mental Health that I don't qualify for DD in this state anyway. But it's due to things like depression, social anxiety, etc.. which are caused by problems at home..
