My voices have asked among themselves this very question, leading to some very disturbing thoughts. Voices T, W , and F are suggesting that I get outside suggestions even if they are bias. I don't have any appointments with my therapist for the next 2 weeks and I am getting rather torrmented by this inner conflict(yes I consider it a conflict within me), so there is my reason for typing this out. If more info is required for anwsering this question then I will disclose.

I can see why this question can be rather silly which is why I might need to elaborate on my situation.

Depends on the (possible) friend I guess. Do you think the positives of seeking a friendship outweigh the drawbacks?

Thats why I posted this, I need opinions other than mine.

Oh, just every now and then  If it is still weighing on you, it never hurts to try for it. You'll answer your own question one way or another. :)

Then my answer is no friends and just focus on financial success, not worth it and signing up on these forums was a waste of time while i could of been practicing my programing with C++ and reading college business books. No friends, just use other people's resources to benefit my own financial interests. I really am disguisted by some of the attitudes these people have towards their fellow Homo-Sapien.

I felt for a long time that friends are pretty pointless too, after all, why risk getting hurt? However, GOOD friends are worth having, whether you feel you need them or not. Personally, I believe Life is about loving people and that we were made with an indwelt desire to interact with others. That's why it hurts so much when we can't adequately express ourselves and are misunderstood. I don't know your situation, but I think finding that one special friend would be worth the effort.
