ARGH! Getting worse!

My current special interest is almost gone, it's totally slipping away from me but what is worse I keep dreaming about my past interest which I deliberatly ended! I want it to go away and I feel very down and upset whenever I think about it. I really really want it to go away. I don't know why I have so little to no special interest at the moment. I used to go from one straight not another and I'm not doing that any more. It's massively effecting my life I don't feel secure at all and feel so down and confused!
I just don't know what I'm doing in my head just now. I feel so sad and frustrated!!

I have been wondering the exact same thing for myself... and it feels awful. I wish I had advice for you. Sorry

can you explain what you mean by 'special interest' or be more specific?
I'm just really confused.
