Millenial generation people are generally narcissistic, spoiled brats. Not all, but most. And I'm not sure it's anything you did or didn't do as a mother, it's the arch-culture and general social influences that make them this way. All they care about is celebrities, money, and Facebook. Life is an eternal game of one-upmanship, where everybody is striving to be the MOST popular, the MOST liked and friended and the unpopular ones are cast out. Gen X had the slacker, the dude living in the slums who didn't care about anything. Millenials have Kim Kardashian, she has money and is loved because she's an a**hole. The Kardashian sisters are smelling each other's hoo-ha's to determine who smells the best, and the youth love it. Kim whines because she's seven months prego and *GASP!* FAT!! !! ! OMG! Like she's supposed to keep her figure. There was an incident at a HS in CA where this girl started applying makeup in the middle of the lesson, so teach took it. Then the girl whips out her cell to call Mom to get Mom to demand the teacher return the makeup, so the teacher takes that too. Suddenly the girl is in teacher's face, demanding her stuff back, THEN starts beating the teacher. Sometimes I wish we could send this generation to the ovens and start over.
