This is just a stupid, stupid wish of mine. But even though I'm 49 years old and married with kids and a grandbaby, I want my knight in shining armor to come and just scoop me up and put me on his horse behind him and tell me to hold on and take me away. When we get there I want him to show me to a room with an open window and nice smelling air and fresh sheets. I want him to tuck me in and then come in when I wake up with breakfast. I want him to tell me that he's taking care of everything and that all my problems are solved. I want to fall in love with him.

Yeah, kinda stupid, right?

Suppose bangers is curried iguana or roasted crickets, would that change anything?

That's not stupid. It's escapist and kind of unrealistic, but there's nothing wrong with that as long as you recognize it as such, which you already appear to be self-deprecatingly doing in your post. I'm also pretty sure most people have such fantasies about a dream guy/dream girl, so it's perfectly normal. So don't worry about it and enjoy the escapism!

I have almost the exact same dream,except with a certain wide-eyed artist (you know who, OOM) in the shining armor. :oops: And that's about as likely as Mr. Brand showing up at your door. :lol:
