Hi
I am at the end of getting a official diagnose of being an aspie. The specialized nurse did say that say could see a lot of asperger traits and if I needed help to overcome them then I could just explain what kind of help that I would like (she suggested that I did watch "Lie to me" and we did some roleplaying. The help would be covered by the government

A bid about myself: I am single (not but choice but because I cannot find a suitable). I also got a decent job with IT (programmer at a resource institution and I do not have any bullying problem at work (but some my collage thinks that I am a bid wired). I have around 2-3 hours of relaxation a day and 1 day week where I tries to relax. I have a few good friends but have problems with expansion my pool of friends. I score around 135-140 (depend on the time of the day) on the Aspie test

My questions to you is: What kind of help (if any) can you imagine that I need/should get from the government?

"Lie to Me" is a great show. It's available on Netflix streaming too. You can learn a lot about body language from it. I can totally see how a lot of Aspie behavior comes off as lying or suspicious to NTs. Sad, but true. Try the show!

Hard to answer without seeing what programs are available. Building a list of what is available may be a good start if you don't already have one.

One thought I did have was that interpersonnel relations are a area where you seem to express dissatisfaction. Perhaps any assistance or training you can get in that area would be most rewarding as a starting point.
