like i want to clench it.
& i find myself grinding my front teeth a little.
it's annoying

That is a common side effect of ssri's induced bruxism or jaw clenching, better talk to your doctor right away, they may prescribe buspirone to treat it.

prolly a good idea.

also, idk if it's related to the paxil & bruxism
or if it's just the heavy stress i've been under lately, but i've noticed when i try to hold my hand steady, my hand trembles slightly.

i had problem with jaw clenching and teeth grinding after starting ssri ,i contacted doctor afterward.he said he might prescribe some other antidepressant in ssri group.i think your doctor will be able to give you something different medicine.and also anti-anxiety med if associated with ssri then it might reduce the effect of bruxism.

My dentist said that he could make me some sort of block if I have problems grinding my teeth during sleep due to taking Lexapro, a different SSRI.

It's basically a retainer with a thick bottom. You slide it over your teeth at night, and grind on the retainer instead.
