What are the best ways for you to refocus your energy...especially when doing homework, trying to study, or in school?
I have undiagnosed very mild Asperger symptoms I'm told that have become noticeable to me :/
Also, how do I stop comparing myself to others and learn to think for myself on things...and take initiative.
I know these are learned skills but I feel I've lost them along the way, does anybody else on here have/have had these problems?
I also have over protective parents, that doesn't always help although I am still blessed to have them!

Fresh Air works best for me. Being cooped up in a stale indoor space sucks all the negative ions out of the oxygen.

I haven't ever found myself being able to successfully force myself into focusing on doing something that I don't want to do. I have ADHD, and I haven't gotten medicine for it ever yet, and I actually think that I'd find it beneficial.

I have no good advice for you. Sometimes listening to music while doing work at home helps me, but that's not always a good option or an option at all.
