Toronto: Counselling or something

Hi,
I live in Toronto, Canada and find myself in need of some professional help.
I've been to counseling and therapy briefly, but years ago and the
idea of bouncing back and forth between ineffective help pisses me off.
Does anyone have any opinions of which kind of professional to see (counselor vs therapist etc.)
The biggest help would be to get specific names of people in the city.
And you can assume its for the typical stuff. E.g. anxiety, self esteem, depression.
Any help would be appreciated, as a nervous breakdown might not be too far off.
I've spoken with my doctor, and I've begun taking prozac, but other types of help
is also needed.
