That's three since December.

I don't know whether to count myself luck or unlucky. I'm basing it on the assumption that once you've had one cold virus you can't catch it again.

So I suppose that's another three that have bitten the dust.

When that happened to me, I was under too much stress. Hope you feel better.

This stuff works:
In a small crock-pot (slow-cooker) put:
1 quart water, boiling hot
juice of half a lemon, and two or three slices of lemon with peel
2 Tblsp unfiltered honey
an inch or so of fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
a large pinch cayenne pepper
1 plain black tea bag
1 or 2 inch piece cinnamon stick
3 or 4 cloves
1 clove of fresh garlic whole not cut

Put a lid on it and steep for at least an hour. Have a small cup every hour or so throughout the day and/or night. I leave the ingredients in there to steep indefinitely (except the teabag).

Hi Babybird

A few years ago when they where telling us if we didn't let them inject mercury into our arms, we were going to die of Swine flu, I found out instead that Vitamin D stops you getting colds, so since then, I take Vitamin D3 tablets, and you know what?, I havnt had a cold since.

Used to be that I had to work with this guy once every 2 months and he always had a cold and I always caught it from him, no longer.

A Peeress at work was always getting colds so I told her, months later she reported to me that since heeding my advice, she hasnt hd a cold since.

Vitamin D3
