I don't feel okay today. I don't want anyone to talk to me or have to talk. Even though nobody has done anything I'm angry towards everyone and I want to be left alone but that won't happen because I have college today.

I wish I could go back in time to when I used to be bullied at school. Idk why but I know how to cope with that even though it's bad. I can never get used to things now its too strange.

What do you think is the reason behind your anger?

I'm a pretty introspective person, so this may be easier for me to do than it is for others. But when I have an emotion or thought that I don't really understand, I mentally dissect my thought processes. Then I can usually figure out why I'm feeling a certain way.

My guess for you is that being at college is difficult and not an easy transition. A lot of people seem to feel lost. That may be causing your anger, but that's just a guess.

Idk what to do. When I'm not in class there's too much free time. Idk what to do in break times.

To add to what Yigeren said about you feeling lost, is it likely that you're finding the lack of structure at college hard to deal with? If that's the case, create your own structure. Spend some of those break times this week planning your time for the rest of the semester. I liked to print out a calendar for each month so I could easily see when my classes were, when assignments were due and when tests were scheduled. Break down each assessment into a series of smaller tasks, then mark down each task on the calendar, leaving yourself plenty of time to finish by the due date. You may be able to work on some of those tasks during your breaks. Breaks are also fantastic for doing research in the library, preparing for classes and doing assigned readings - and sometimes for chilling out. It may help to designate each one of your breaks to a particular subject or the same sort of task. For example: "This break between 10am to 12pm on Tuesday is for reading."

I do know what you mean, though - I hated it when my classes were spread out all over the day and the week, with great gaps in between them.

I would hang out in the cafeteria or library alone in between classes. I usually would read or study. I didn't really have friends so I was mostly alone. I also had a couple of different work-study jobs.

In your free time, do research on stuff you're interested in.

Contact your college's counseling center or student health center. Ask if they can suggest a meditation audio recording to download. Listen to it with headphones on either your laptop, tablet, phone, or MP3 player. Do this once a day, and it can also be good during commuting times, assuming you are riding rather than driving.

It will reduce your overall anxiety.

I think in breaks i'll hang out in the library. I thought about asking 2 of my classmates if i can join them but in the end i didn'the, that would be awkward and they might have said no. I think it's a good idea if I make a schedule and write which work i'll do each break. The rest of the day was cool though. The lessons are interesting so that's not a problem.

If they say "no," so what?

It's their loss.
