I feel sick with nerves

I'm scared that I'm gonna get in so much trouble today at work.

I work in telecommunications and it is a performance based job.

On Saturday I got the best results in the office and I think I'm 8th in the company for the whole month.

However I violated the rules so much, and now I'm scared that they might have listened back to my calls.

Me and my friend was laughing about it at the time, I did it because the data was so hard to work with so I decided to just squeeze the dog s**t out of it, to see what I could get.

But now I'm absolutely sh*****g myself.

I just don't how to behave and this proves it.

What will I say?

Be optimistic for now. That is all you can do. Hopefully they don't know, or they wil say blablabla, shame on you, bla bla bla, negative score something or another, I'm seriously stern, and don't let it happen again. You were a little testy, and apologize, it won't happen again, unless you know they will not know about it.

No one has said anything up to now, so I'll just carry on as usual.

As long as your getting results they probably will cut you some slack. If they ball you out then quote your stats and say in your experience people respond better to your technique. I am sure they wouldnt want to lose you as you are a lucrative asset to them.
