Hiya Dhawal! :)

A few things on that list works for me, especially the going for long walks and running ones.

I also like to think about the things for which I am grateful. I'm always counting my blessings.

It does stop me from going under sometimes.

Hi babybird :)

No. 6, 7, 16, 26, 27, 30, 38, 56, 63 and 70 are the kind of things that I would help me incredibly. Even 31, 32 and 51. Never thought I could find so many of them in one place!
82 is something I always do. I've been doing it even before I knew it meant something to people.

From the blog post -
When I got to 101, I realized that the smallest ones were indeed the ones that put a bigger smile on my face. - Andrea Holt.

Haha, I do 15 all the time. I'm a daydreamer! You seem like a outdoors person, also a song-and-dance kind of person.

Yes I am an outdoors type person.

I love to daydream too.

Sometimes I buy a lottery ticket and I don't check the numbers on it for weeks, just so that I can dream for longer about all the things that I will do when I win.

I had the same problem. I got around it by googling "101 ways to boost your mood" then going to the Google cache of the page, which does work.

1, 2, 5, 8, 10 sometimes, 11, 17 would if I ever did it, 18, 20, 29, 37, 39, 40 sometimes, 41 probably would, 42,
47, 49, 53 OH GOD YES, 66 but only if I actually reach said goal, 68, 71, 74, 77, 78 but only if I follow through,
83, 85, 86, 88, 89 if I'd ever actually done it, 91 would, 96, 97 if I could afford it, 98 and 102

From the list, I do the following:

1. Go for a walk.
2. Sing a song.
4. Think of 3 things that made you grateful today.
10. Gaze at the stars.
40. Watch the clouds.
47. Stretch for 5 minutes, deep breathing, quiet mind.
55. Go to the gym and get a good workout.

It helps tremendously.

Go for a walk
Visit a museum and find wonder there
Daydream about something you desire
Go for a walk barefoot
Drink a big glass of really fresh water and imagine it giving you LiFE
Drink another glass of really fresh water and imagine it giving you LiFE
Put on a good song and dance
Eat at least 20 grams of protein at each meal. Eat good fats and plenty of veggies.

The creative ones tend to work for me, but never the list and gratitude ones. They always feel like invalidating the fact that I'm not in a good mood and forcing myself to stretch definitions. I think "nice hedges" was on a gratitude list once.

:D

Some of them work for me, the rest make me want to stab forks into my eyes.

Haha! Same here. :P But I liked this one: "Remember that you are in charge of your life. Only YOU have the power to make it what you want."

Number 60 is brutally cruel. How can they even suggest it? I remember people doing that to me when I was a child and it was terrible.
