I've always been the carpe diem type, but I feel that in recent years, I just don't care. Its hard to ignite my passion anymore, probably because I have been disappointed too many times. I'm frustrated with my lack of tenacity as I am far too easily affected by stress and anxiety. Yes, this message is intentionally vague - I don't seek advice, just a public forum to whinge about how sh***y so feel.

I've totally lost my passion too. Too many heartbreaks and disappointments and failures. I'm functional, but I don't really feel much except a vague all encompassing pain and the occasional distraction from it.
