I think there is one person who uses meth in my building but in this town there are a lot of meth labs. I know of people who cook while driving down the road in their vehicles. Indiana, I believe is currently the number one state in the country for meth labs, at least Indiana politicians say that is a fact. I have a BIL in prison for messing with that stuff and countless nephews and nieces. The person in question tonight is doing something with his computer. Most of the residents of this building are elderly women. I live in a 55+ apartment community. The police have been in his apartment for over three hours now, but he has been taken away. I didn't even know anyone lived in that apartment. I have never seen a light on there until tonight with the police there,
