I think I have it. I just can't get anything done and they say that's one of the symptoms.

I find that when I am depressed I don't have any motivation then I blame myself for being lazy. Then I finally step back and say, "wait a minute brian, you are sick right now". Realizing that its an illness really helps perspective.

I think me depression has sank to the point that even if I wanted to live I would still have suicidal thoughts.

Back in June 2006 I had constant thoughts of suicide. But I have been taking 20 mg Prozac, 6 grams omega-3 fish oil daily, exercise often and to be honest have had no
thoughts of suicide.

I felt really good when I was in a Psych Ward; it helps a lot. But then I feel bad once I get home. :(
