Started the new anti-convulsants today. This is the worst batch yet. I can hardly make sentences out loud. I can write words when think, but they won't connect with my mouth.

Seizures started again past weekend. They are doing another next week PET, and are talking about cracking open my noggin and taking and bits out. I usually find company unpleasant, but I am not looking forward to the three spending next days alone.

THink good vibes at me or pray or whatever is supposed to work.

dear son of ghandi, i have read of many good results with operations to remove seizure foci. i hope it doesn't come to that, but if it does, it may work out well for you.

So they aren't going to do any surgery. It is apparently not localized enough for a likely positive effect. My main neurologist said that for a potential benefit, there are over 20 different foci that would need to be addressed.

They have reduced dosage of the 2 meds I am on now and added 2 other meds in lower doses. I get to play the medication experimentation game again. Still pretty foggy, but at least I don't feel like I'm a half step away from black-out drunk all the time.
