im getting this problem that i haven't had in a while

i went with a friend, i will call her rose to see a movie.

the movie was average but rose seemed to enjoy it so i am happy but
but for some reason I it was hard to talk to her‏,
i had this thing , that i did not know what to say and my mind was completely blank‏.


this is not the first time this happened
i think i had it at a games night for a club a couple of weeks ago (i didnt know anyone else i was by myself i couldnt speak to anyone so i left)‏
i use to have this in primary school and the beginning of high school‏
i haven't had this problem in a while and now i feel its coming back

This happens to me all the time. Sometimes I can carry on a conversation, but sometimes it is like verbal communication flips some sort of shut-down switch. I don't really hang out with people very often other than my wife (who got used to it a while back), so its impact on my life is limited.
