Who else feels scared of their parents or legal guardians?

I have felt scared of mine...sometimes for long periods of time. (Parents -- I became my own legal guardian when I reached the age of majority.)

i still feel afraid of my fathher though i dont live with him anymore. he ruined my chilldhood with his physical,verbal and sexual abuse and id say main reason whhy im completely social dysfunctional. i was scare of my mother too but shes dead now and i guess i cant be afrad of someone who is dead.

My father, and it carries over to authority on general. Not as much anymore, but it's still there.

I'm not afraid of either of my parents now (I'm 27), but I was terrified of both of them when I was growing up.

To be fair to my parents, I was scared of all humans when I was a kid, but I wouldn't go near either parent without being ordered to when I was a kid and still as a preteen.
