Hi, everyone. I am here to tell you that I have bouts of anxiety. Whenever I have felt the negative pressure, like doing something wrong or being afraid of small things, I get anxious and hide in my room. I pray, watch TV or YouTube, and sometimes write to rid myself from the anxiety. Is it normal to be anxious over little things?

A lot of people have anxiety over little things occasionally, and plenty of people have anxiety over little things often and manage to live in spite of that or "re-train" their brain. Having good coping skills (like having relaxing pastimes to turn to) can help a lot, though eventually those things have to be faced...
