Guys I found this site helpful when I'm stressed. It shows me calming images and just lets me write, which takes me away from my panic attacks. Works well on the desktop not so much on mobile.

Typing into that tiny text box would add to my stress. Why not just start a blog?

I don't want people reading what I have to say sometimes, because it's the same thing over and over again.

Or you could write in something like Google docs; just have a special folder just for stuff like this.

The videos/images are great. But the textbox pisses me off. LOL

Wow I didn't see the images at first because I had Javascript turned off. So I turned it on since you mentioned them. The image changes every few seconds! Seems kind of distracting for something that is supposed to relieve stress.

For me it is distracting when I try to focus on writing but its nice when I just watch the pictures. They show up for long enough to catch my focus but change often enough for me to not get bored.

suggestion: i make videos of myself on my laptop. just normal videos, whenever i feel the need. usually when i'm extremely upset. i also have a notebook always with me that i jot things, from feelings and ideas to schedules etc. after making videos of myself i watch them through, usually not immediately (probably after a dangerously hot shower) and this helps me see myself in a different light, as well as whatever the subject matter that is on my mind. i take notes on how to help myself etc.

it sounds fu****g stupid, but it's like i'm friends with myself. it helps anxiety quite a bit for me at least
