This morning I got really nausiated in the shower and started seeing those lights in front of your eyes whenever you press on your eyes but I saw them while my eyes were open. And then I fell backwards and lucky for me I turned off the water because I think the heat might have killed me. Then my abdomon started hurting so i just sat there and untill the spots and the throwing up feeling went away. When I thought it was gone I stood up and then fainted again. After a few minutes I gathered the strengh to get up and take some advile for the cramping and then layed down and I started shaking. I still don't feel good.

I called my dad and my mom and found out that I didn't health insurence for me because my dad changed to a new job and the insurence wouldn't kick in until the 10th.

But I think that this was caused by stressed from being depressed.

My life hasn't been developing at all. I can't even explain it. I have been depressed and it has been effecting my health. I don't feel good and my mom dosn't understand me and allways talks about how i'm ruining her life and all the problems she has and the problems I have been causing her. When she dosn't want to understand me and how I feel.

I don't understand much about this life and I wan't someone to understand me and maybe tell me who I am.

I think I wan't to see a psychologist or something.

I'd recommend seeing a doctor. Passing out isn't something to be taken lightly.

I've done it three times in my life. Two were due to dehydration. Have you been drinking plenty of water?

I have passed out many times befor ( I should have mentioned that.) I do have a past and many of them have been caused by dehydration and other times pain.
I belive this one was caused by a combanation of things like undereating casued by depression and stress, the heat from the shower and the pain from my cramping.
Since then I have been drinking water and juices and keeping my fluids up. I just want to try and find away as to not feel bad anymore.

You need to go to the doctor right away. To hell with insurance! Your health is more important!

That is not cool. You need to let her know how you feel, if she'll listen.

OK, no one can tell you who you are. We can help you find out though.

Very wise choice! It can do a lot to help you.

I can see why you might be depressed, judging from other posts you've made weeks ago. But I think depression probably isn't what's going on here.

Those lights you saw sound like migraine headache.

I got a chair massage cushion from Craig's List http://www.craigslist.com for $25. There's a Craig's List for every city, just click on your own, you could get it locally, if you find one. I use mine several times a day - it totally relaxes my muscles.

I take Robaxacet for migraine but I don't know what other meds you might have. Gravol since the stomach's involved, maybe you have some in the house? Note - I'm not a doctor, please read the instructions as usual.

I had multiple fainting spells as a child and they later found out it was seizures. Some seizures come across as fainting and if you have autism then this could be a possibility. Do not take this lightly. They will probably recommend you getting an EEG (I think that's what it was called) to make sure you haven't been having seizures. Also, have you been eating and drinking properly? If you have problems eating and drinking regularly on top of stress it could cause things like this. Please take care of yourself because you have skills that could be a great benefit to society, you just need a little assistance to get there so you can use them. Best wishes

It could be low blood pressure as well. Generally lower blood pressure is a good thing, but sometimes if you have it, you can be prone to fainting if you get up from a prone position too quickly. In my case, it can happen if I get up from sleeping and get into a hot shower too quickly. Hot showers and hot tubs have a tendency to make me dizzy.

If you're having no other new symptoms, or whatever symptoms you're having don't change in anyway, and you don't have another fainting spell, you can probably wait until the 10th when the insurance kicks in.

As for the depression, you probably DO have it. Get the help you need as soon as you have insurance.

In the meantime, I echo what other posters have said: drink lots of water and try very hard (not easy when depressed) to eat healthy meals. If your appetite is messed up due to the depression -- it's common and happened to me -- you may not be able to force down full meals. In that case, graze on healthy snacks throughout the day. A multi-vitamin and omega-3-6-9 tablets are a good bet as well. Both are good for general health, and there's some evidence that omega-3 helps with depression, as do some of the B vitamins.

Hang in there.

DD

Is it possible to develop seizures latter on in life? Because these fainting spells rughly came around the time of highschool. I remember when I broke my teo that I fainted and while I was unconsience my dad told me that I was convolting. But is is normal to feel sick like you have to throw up and then get extreamly thursty. Because on some of the fainting I would get extreamly thursty right before I fainted and once that I drank water I felt imidiatly better.
I really wish that I have a mentor or some kind of program during highschool that could have helped me and guide me for what I need to do for life and everything. It seem's like everyone around me has the hang of it and going off on there own except me. I'm the only one laging.

I think I need some more modavation. :p

Dehydration can cause fainting, and be cured by water.

It might also be that a medication that you take is too strong.

15 is a very serious age. When I was 15 my world broke into pieces and stayed that way for a very long time. It wasn't one thing wrong, it was a great many things wrong. I didn't have convulsions, I had meltdowns, non-stop.

How are you feeling right now? Have you fainted again? Can you drink water and have some food every couple of hours?

Sounds a little like an epileptic seizure. I've got three friends who have it and one did not get it until late teen years.

Get some of that weight lifter powder mix. A scoop in a glass of water or milk will provide not only vitamins and minerals but necessary calories and protein. Lack of eating can also cause fainting. You need calories for your body to operate and function.
