So my neighbors kids were outside and I had to parrelle park but had more than enough room (2 1/2 car lengths) but the kids triggered a anxiety attack

After failing to park and freaking out more I hear my neighbor freaking out to his wife "hes gonna hit my car!".

Anyhow I eventually had my mom come and park and bring in my grocerys even though she is physically weak from old age.

I don't ever want to leave my house or drive again and have no clue what to do ,I'm trying to get dr to give me ativan but idk

People who haven't suffered from anxiety are often lousy at empathizing with it. I understand that your neighbor might have just been worried about his car, but I'm sure that didn't help with your situation, which he wasn't able to understand. I'm sorry that you had such a bad experience and I hope that you're able to forgive yourself for being human. But from personal experience, I should say that Ativan/benzos in general aren't good for driving. Stay safe!
