...(3) In downtown SC , there used to be 4 public water fountains directly in/near the downtown main drag , Pacific Avenue ~ Three of them have stopped working 
~ I don't know if they were consiously " unplugged " to drive away homeless or what ~ There's also one i0n the all-night CVS , that helps contribute to my buying too much not to healthy food there I think , as I try to buy something most times I go-for-water - Could be sale-priced/out time holiday candy , soda , on-sale canned salty stuff -to try and buy something most every time I am there so I'm not seen as too much a freeloader ...........
(This was meant as an additional part to my " Where Should This Apie Go ? " thread , as you see by looking back at the recentest post I made there .
I saw too late I had - once again - clicked upon the wrong button and started a new thread , I JUST CAN'T erase this and start it all over again and my limited computer knowledge ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT let me " click & drag " or whatever ~ PLEASE Mr./Ms. Mod , could U just incorporate this into the " Where - Go ? " line , in the place where it obviously belongs ?)
