Hi.

I just want you all to know that when it comes to things, simple or hard, I tend to cry and panic.

Any comments?

I don't believe this is a good state of things.

I do wish you could cry and panic less.

So after you cry and panic then what? Are you able to get your breath and be calm a bit and deal with stuff?

You've posted before about having faith in God, so when all this stuff hits you, take half a second and cry out to God. Then like Fnord posted Know Jesus, know that God is right there with you.

My prayers are with you.

It's just I cry and panic whenever I mess up or do something wrong.

Queensamaria;

ref "whenever I mess up or do something wrong," who decides that you've messed up? Yourself or others?

You've posted several threads, and mostly you know, you have to gain confidence in yourself, the real you. There is a sticky thread in the Haven about overcoming depression and building confidence. It started in like 2008 but there may be some suggestions there that just click with you.

Like your avatar picture quote- you are unique, there is only one you .... And you are a good young woman, you've survived life with big challenges. All of us struggle, but you are trying so hard to figure it all out, you do have that strength within you.

You're right. Thank you.
