Sleep Routines & my first psychologist meeting

Hey everyone;
Sorry for the double subject line but thought I'd just write one post rather than spamming you with two!
So last night my partner couldn't sleep so moved to our spare bedroom, this sounds simple but it completely messed up my sleeping routine and left me awake for about 3 hours, I felt sick and my whole body was almost throbbing with a loud ringing in my ears. I don't understand why that happened... it seems such a 'normal' thing to go into seperate rooms but I couldn't cope with the sudden disruption as I was just drifting off. Anyone felt like this?
On a side note, I have my first session with a psychologist today and I'm feeling a bit nervous about that... and super tired from last night ![]()
