I'm feeling pretty down at the moment. Generally I try to listen to some music to cheer up but nothing I can think of is working at the moment. Does anyone have some suggestions of music that makes you feel good?

My list is gonna be really weird but here goes: sikh shabad kirtan chants, turntablism (i.e. RJD2, Dan the Automator etc,..), jam bands (I linked a great example), ambient (Emancipator, Nosaj Thing & so on), dub (Heavyweight Dub Champion is pretty great), underground hip hop as long as it's relaxed (Gorillaz, Aesop Rock Deltron 3030, Hieroglyphics, MF Doom, Blackalicious), crazy genre defying stuff like Shpongle, Future Sound of London & Juno Reactor, whatever your favorite metal is (it's great for validating emotion) and of course:

This isn't a very happy song, but it usually cheers me up...I think it can feel kind of nice to admit when you're upset.
