I post on a another aspie site for the Uk and I've read a couple of complaints from very low-functioning, vunerable young members saying they have been bullied or upset by people on the chatroom, and offenders include people named on the list of moderators.

I know this is an "Asperger" site and these kids may be more on the Autism side, and I realise that they may have behaved immaturely and deserved to be asked to change their behaviour, but to be banned without being able to plead your case or even know what you did wrong was very upsetting and frustrating for some of these.

Is it wrong, or should people on the less able, more "Autistic" side stay away from here? Aspie geniuses only? If you're not bright enough get out?

You need to raise this concern with the chatroom mods. Everyone is welcome here, and if there is a problem, we need to know about it. We'll fix it.
