Some days I feel fortunate to be reasonably healthy and to be able to earn a living, while other days (like today) I feel extremely frustrated with the level of time, commitment and effort it takes me just to get through a day. I realized recently that I deal with the frustration mainly by eating dark chocolate and smoking cigarettes. When I feel really healthy, I deal with it through meditation. I'd like to learn other ways to cope.

So my question to all of you is: what do you do to deal with frustration on a daily basis?

For me the most effective method to take control back from frustration is exercise, or challenging physical work until I have no energy left, or my legs cave in. :|

Meditation only works for me if I practice it consistently, and even then, there is nothing quite like a long run to use up the excess energy which feeds my frustration. I feel that I have to tackle these types of negativity through mind-body regulation, to reduce the impact on my mood.
