What I said . :(
My shoulders/frame have been really affected , I think , by having to carry luggage/bags around so much , (It might help a little to have a " good , hiking " type of backpack but that's a C-notish at the minimum new and you can't really find 2nd hand ones that easily , especially with my semi-crippledness making my getting around pretty hard :( ) , even before the recent stripping off of skin on my right foot below amputated toe as well as the already existing onn\e on the left foot :( which I've already posted about elsewhere today .
However , even when I am walking without the luggage ~ " ball & chain " - :( I am walking , much of the time , likean old man now ,slow and gingerly , the pain on the bottom of my feet makes me step gingerly and the shoulder/back has pain there's evn the somewhat overly constricting (small) second-hand jacket I'm wearing~ :cry: ...........
