I have been away from here for a while, life will do that to you sometimes. But some recent things have brought me back here.

Depression seams to be a big thing for me right now, i will feel ok for a couple days then its back down again. Part of this is brought on by a relationship i wish i could have but cant because of and age difference yes both legal age. Just so many messages from the other person made me think they were interested in me but i am probably wrong.

A friend stole off of me he stole a check and wrote it out for $600 this was a person i thought i could trust but well obviously i was wrong on that thought.

I have so many things going on in my mind right now its just like a storm and its so difficult for me to get them straight. I will just close myself up in my house just to cut off any noise or distractions. I just cant deal with them right now.

All of this from a 45yo man, it keeps me from having any type of relationship out side of my work. Work seams to be the one place where i can put it all out of my mind.

I write poetry to clear my mind i even put it on a site of the net maybe one day somebody will like it and pay me for it lol its a thought. http://www.poetrynation.com/member_profile.php?id=62525

check it out i would greatly appreciate it

"The thoughts come in a hurricane wind" I liked that line, its good that you have a creative outlet for the depression.

A bit of quiet alone time can be golden when overwhelmed, and you have your 'keyboards light to shine the way'.

I would expand upon the use of your Muse.

She could become your Beatrix!

I am not sure what the triggers for me. Its been one of those days where things went well. Its just here in the past couple hours the depression has hit me like a ton of bricks. Yes of course the thought are going through my mind like a fire storm I hate it not having control of it. I wish it would just stop i need the peace to return.

What the hell is wrong in my mind how can one minute i be ok and then it hits.
