Its description is unclear. Is it for aspies to rant about their problems and ask for advice?

Yeah.

Not necessarily rant, but to get stuff off their chests.

You can come to the Haven to discuss problems, other members should reply in a way that offers support.

If you need to vent there is the Rant thread, at the top of the page, where you can say whatever you feel. No one will reply to your rant.

It's a HAVEN for people who need support during tough times.

The rules are stricter here as far as criticism and personal attacks are concerned.
