I feel like I'm constantly in a state of crisis. It's beginning to feel unbearable.

I'm sorry you feel this way.

It sucks to not know which way is up.

I wish there were easy solutions.

But you still must strive to get out of the Abyss.

Do you know what causes these emotions? Or is it just a general feeling of being overwhelmed by everything?

Is there something you have needed to address but have been procrastinating about for a while? Sometimes crisis is "transformation which has been delayed". Sometimes. Whether this fits your circumstance only you can know, but extended crisis state may suggest some deeper part of yourself is trying to get your attention to work on an unmet, and important need of some kind, which may be a need for a major change of lifestyle, or thinking, or facing a submerged feeling that is very important to your future wellbeing.

Journalling for half an hour when you wake up is one possible way of clarifying this, if you want to explore those possibilities and potentials. The other thing about extended states of crisis is that they usually involve all four dimensions of us - the physical, the emotional, the psychological and the Self/soul. Crisis tends to end when the four dimensions are back into harmonious balance, and for that to happen, change and choices generally need to occur. Crisis is a major signal to us that we are stuck in some way, and once we define what that is, down to clearer understanding, getting unstuck is much easier - once you are clear on what you need and want to do differently. Different choices, different outcomes - hopefully. I hope you will be feeling much more balanced again soon. I write a lot during periods of crisis as it helps me clarify my deepest thoughts and feelings and reflects back to me things that are less obvious than others.

thank you for the input. This thread was linked to the loneliness thread and pretty much most things that I have talked about personally in anything I've written. It's too much to put in 1 spot.

What you've said makes sense B19. I know I've been out of balance for over a decade.

Sorry to hear you feel this way. Can you see a therapist, maybe that would be helpful.
