Shock comments for me = "auto-depression"

IMO Auto depression is a comment that makes you feel bad OMG! Julie you are fat and need to lose weight! (some "shock comment" AKA comment you don't expect out of no where) and now BOOM! automatically you feel bad depressed about yourself/life situation. Usually you can create mental blocks and gauge and analyze comments that people could possibly use but during a "shock comment" you SHATTER and break! Example some girl moved back to TN and her 20 something age boyfriend left her he had "waited" till she turned 18 to be with her. I suggested maybe he believed she wasn't worth waiting on (since he had cheated on her in the past). Then my dad snapped Don't analyze peoples lives analyze your own!

BOOM! AUTO DEPRESSION! Why THE f**k DO PEOPLE THINK I CHECK LIFE ARTICLES EXERCISING TRYING TO BETTER MYSELF PHYSICAL EMOTIONALLY

But I STILL suffer Auto depression since I can't cope or process "shock comments" Maybe I said it wrong but my view is MAYBE the guy didn't think she was worth waiting for after being with her X amount of years after she turned 18 and chose to find some other girl. LOGICAL analytical response.

And my sister is fatter than my mom and needs to lose weight and looks pregnant and her husband could be Santa weight wise etc.

I'm ALWAYS analyzing people and family and people I hear about to try to understand my world.

:-(

I don't know if what I experience myself is depression but I go through daily crying spells that can be triggered by anything whether its something someone told me, or me over analyzing things or something I saw on TV, for me crying is also my go to response for just about everything as I can't seem to find any other way of coping.

Seems more BPD than depression.
