For some reason, almost everything pisses me off. I can't help but feel irked whenever something doesn't go the way I would like it to go. I've had this problem for a while now. Is there anything I can do to get rid of this feeling?

It might help to "just accept"* certain things.
Can you give a few examples of what is annoying you?

*let them be

I have felt like that at times, it happens when I use a lot of energy to do something outside of my comfort zone, or if I am procrastinating.

Generally speaking, I have found strenuous exercise to be a helpful remedy for most things in life.

any change to routine would typically bother someone on the AS. Very normal. Exercise , meditating trying to understand other people's view point and a last resort home pharmacy has served me well.

Haldol helps me with that. Other antipsychotics or maybe beta-blockers might could help too thou.
