Considering , briefly , that I both can't get it though sleep , and , separately , enough off my bad foot rest time for it to get better (This po's substitutes for another the tablet ate JUST AS I WAS POSTING IT! :x ) - I don't know:-(

...It's the wound beneath my right toe remnant-SOB- And far worse, its this walking like I'm carrying a big weight , and getting tired fast-SOB- :-( .

Did you just call me the son of a b***h... O___o

Personal insults aside, have you thought about padding the insides of your footwear with paper towers around the sore area, that way when you step down on your foot the area that isn't padded is lifted slightly more from ground, which translates as less pressure.

SOB can be the short hand for sobbing (capitalizes to emphasize crying) or

Short Of Breath. ..SOB in the hospital mean short of breath.

Since he was writing about trouble walking, and his coughing...I read SOB as short of breath. Second is sob=crying. I haven't heard son of a b***h in like a zillion years as an insult, so that wasn't even on my radar.

I doubt it was that.
