Not really.... :?

I am mildly paranoid, but from experience, and certainly not about post/view ratios. If that happened, I'd just be slightly annoyed that they didn't bother to post.

It is why I don't post my poems anymore. I did post them and deleted them again as they had been viewed and not replied to and i didn't wish to leave them longer and be forced to assume my poetry is rubbish since it is what I consider one of my few talents.

OMG first time i read this i wanted to close the window without replying but i realized what i've just read XD

I get the feeling when i write about something important, especially on small forum. But usually i don't even look at views, and i think it's just people who had nothing interesting to say.

Often very emotional threads, or specific problems
are hard to respond to. I know that I try not to
do so, for fear that I'll make one of my usual
inane comments, and cause harm or anger.

Something similar happens with any long post.
A thread which begins with a long post is asking
for such a long-winded reply. There are some
here who specialize in these, and I leave it
to them, usually. Again, more a matter of
respect than anything else.

Oh yeah, and then there's that ONE poster,
Melody. Everyone is out to get her.

It makes me more disappointed than paranoid.

Sometimes I don't reply to posts if I just like them but don't have anything really else worth posting. I don't like to post soemthing that is meaningless and I'm not very good at describing what I think about things. So I might read a poem or an interesting post and think it's pretty good but I can't really expand on this or say any more so I think it's not worth me just posting a message saying "I like this". But maybe I should.

I get upset when people are mean on forums (fora?) or when they say something to embarrass or humiliate you. Why would someone do that?

And why in an online community for those with AS, of all places? Isn't this just picking on the vulnerable?

It just makes me think why i post at all, i mean to socialize i guess but most of the time no one pays any attention to the person that is posting.

It doesn’t bother me…. A single view of a single word from a single you is my voice finally heard. Whether it’s thought of as demented, drivel or divine…I’m happy for finally being heard.

You’re a visual hallucination that my conscious is projecting into my physical world, you are unable to hear anything, unless…. A visual hallucination is experiencing audible hallucinations.

But that’s impossible…. You possibly...no, no that's insane! You, ah...you cannot surely be real? No, no...no, this is a trick! It's a game...it has to be, or a dream.... You're not real, none of you are! It's just a sick trick...that's all....

Am I dead?

Dammit. That's two people I've convinced

You're playing at a gamble in posting a topic.
