Several well-documented cases of this can be read in Dr. Carl Wickland's book...

I also remember a post some years or months or in between back, someone looking for more attention, and I most-certainly knew effective methods of gaining attention, but the question was whether they can handle that kind of extra attention. You have to remember, when someone becomes absurdly famous like I once was a few times in my life, they will get all variations of attention. I am talking both good and bad here, positive and negative, and you need to consider as to whether you want to get attention for the sake of getting attention, because you will need to be able to handle any potential negativity that comes along with just simply getting attention.
I, too, have had traumatic-experiences. Such that it even made me literally psychotic for nearly three years in a row. How I managed to make it as far through this life as I did is an incredible enigma/mystery/miracle/etc since I had experienced enough injustices that would have driven most people to have suicided at least four times by now. Anyway, try to taper off medications, otherwise they tend to cause severe withdrawal-symptoms if you try to quit cold-turkey. Replace medications with healthy food instead, consume plenty of pure/clean/purified/filtered drinking-water, stay away from sugars/junk-foods, etc. Move to another state with cleaner air if necessary.
Sorry to hear you've had traumatic experiences too. I eat pretty healthy, never consume tap water, and the air here is fine. Long story short when I wasn't on medication I was suicidal and a harm to myself. I'd much rather take medication then wind up dead.
