Been having severe problems with anxiety, unable to work. On new medication now. Feeling... numb, and not because of pills. Or wanting to be numb all the time. Thinking, feeling, all too much. Just venting

Im sorry you are having this experience, it sounds quite intense. Does it ease at any point?

I feel a bit better now. Made myself eat something, and slightly high off the meds

Thanks for the original and follow up posts.

Meds and brains are an interesting combination.
There's a better word than interesting but I can't my brain can't pull one out.

I'm glad the food helped, its hard sometimes to remember to eat/rest/take care of the basics. Take things as slow and as gentle as you can for now, you know, one moment at a time until your body adjusts to the medication. :)
